1. Unopened Products
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
Products must remain unopened, unused, and sealed in their original packaging.
To qualify, customers must provide a clear unboxing video and photos taken before opening the parcel. This is required to verify the condition of the package on delivery.
Proof of purchase is required (order confirmation or receipt).
2. Opened or Used Products
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products, unless a product defect is identified.
Please review product details carefully and perform a patch test before full use.
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your parcel arrives damaged, leaking, or contains the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
A video and photos of the unopened parcel must be provided.
Once verified, we will offer a replacement or refund, depending on your preference.
4. Allergic Reactions
Because every skin type is unique, we cannot accept returns due to allergic reactions or sensitivities.
We strongly recommend conducting a patch test before applying any new product fully.
5. Refunds
Refunds (where applicable) will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days once the return is approved and the item is received.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
