We want you to feel confident when shopping with us. Because skincare products are personal-use items, our return and replacement policy is designed to balance product safety with customer satisfaction.

 

1. Unopened Products

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

  • Products must remain unopened, unused, and sealed in their original packaging.

  • To qualify, customers must provide a clear unboxing video and photos taken before opening the parcel. This is required to verify the condition of the package on delivery.

  • Proof of purchase is required (order confirmation or receipt).

2. Opened or Used Products

  • For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products, unless a product defect is identified.

  • Please review product details carefully and perform a patch test before full use.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

  • If your parcel arrives damaged, leaking, or contains the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • A video and photos of the unopened parcel must be provided.

  • Once verified, we will offer a replacement or refund, depending on your preference.

4. Allergic Reactions

  • Because every skin type is unique, we cannot accept returns due to allergic reactions or sensitivities.

  • We strongly recommend conducting a patch test before applying any new product fully.

5. Refunds

  • Refunds (where applicable) will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days once the return is approved and the item is received.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

6. How to Request a Return or Replacement

  • Provide your order number, unboxing video/photos, and reason for return.
